Here’s part of the menu for tonight’s meal for Gloria’s annual cousins meetup. I am serving homemade Norwegian Wheat Bread, grilled marinated chicken breasts, sauted vegetables on a bed of rice, creamy asparagus and shitake soup, and a fresh honey mustard salad with homemade croutons. I didn’t make any dessert but I think they will be full when they leave. Isn’t it great when you can have family and friends that get together for talking and laughing. I’m proud that they let me cook for them, guys aren’t usually allowed at the weekends.
